Silver Streak Brakes Help

I have a client with a 1955 Silver Streak Trailer who is wanting to get the braking system refurbished however the brakes are not what i was expecting can anyone tell me what the might be and if it is possible to replace them with standard Dexter units or refurbish them and get them working ?

I redid the brakes on my '64 Silver Streak that were Hadco, albeit a bit different than the ones you show. I ended up using a combo of new parts and some old. However, I should have just replaced the whole shebang with new to make it more future proof.

Sorry I can't be more specific other than spend your time researching replacing with new rather than trying to rebuild, it was a rabbit hole of a time suck in the end.
