Shower Pan Drip Edge

I'm in the process now of my remold of my 1972 Land yacht shower. The original designed leaked due to the way the flashing from the wall to the shower pan. See the link below for the picture of the old shower before the tear down. https://pastormingle.files.wordpress.../dsc_00881.jpg
my question is.
Do anyone make a flashing that will attach to the wall and pan with a seal?
Any ideas of how to seal it water tight?

In my shower, I first cleaned the area well. Then I put masking tape on both sides of the seam and used a good quality bath tub silicone sealant, making sure to press it into the seam. The masking tape was then removed and I allowed 48 hours for the sealant to cure. It has been fine since I did this in 2011.
