Was winterizing the AS, when I drained the hot water tank got a strong odor of sewage/sulfur? Concern? Or just from the water sitting for prolonged period?? Any thoughts? Thanks
Not to worry. The anode in the water heater has deteriorated and needs to be replaced. Do that and run the system for a while to flush it.

I do not believe the water heaters currently used by Airstream still use anodes. Tank materials used no longer require them. My 2006 does not so going out on a limb and guess newer one also no longer use them.
Fill and drain the water heater using light bleach mixture a couple of times. Should be fine. Always a good idea to use the water in fresh water tank and water heater regularly.

Do you know what a learning experience is? A learning experience is one of those things that says "You know that thing that you just did? Don't do that."
The anode rod is one of a few possible sources of hydrogen sulfide gas, that rotten egg sewer smell from a water heater. Could be directly from a well water source, or could be due to sulfate reducing bacteria taking up residence in your water system. Either way, AWCHIEF's advise is spot on. Flush with bleach, which will oxidize any remaining hydrogen sulfide and kill any bacteria.
