In 1997 we went to the Airstream factory and found that there was a firm in Sidney Ohio named Secretarial Services that had copies of the Airstream Service Manuals. These people can make you a copy of a service manual for your particular model A/S for around $60 (at that time). I believe the owners name was Helen Davis phone 937,492,8885.

Why is it that you can buy repair parts for a Gilgadget when it is new, but let it wear out after 40 years you find those parts are no longer available, and haven't been stocked for 10 years?
