If I am understanding you correctly you are saying when plugged into shore power it is not charging the batteries.

My 2015 23 FB the "use" button needs to be put in the "use mode" for the batteries to get a charge.

Just got our unit back from AS of Virginia after 72 days, that's right 72 days!
All minor stuff to fix from first shakedown trip. Last hold up was front corner curtain which according to Scott had to be drop shipped from manufacturer. After waiting several weeks without any update from Scott I decided to call AS in JC. Talked to Mike (excellent customer service) and he told me they could get the curtain from JC, no problem just have them request a transfer. Told Scott and he had no idea you could do that, 2 days later it was there. Nothing but a loosing battle dealing with those people.
