Can anyone tell me what the size and font is used for putting the SN's on the front of the trailers? I want to have the local vinyl guys make me a new set of numbers but want to know the details. There is not even a hint of shadow of the originals left on the trailer except for the engraved VIN plate.
Thanks.

If you are referring to those red numbers that you see on the front of other AS's. they are not your serial number. They are the numbers assigned to you if you join the WBCCI. The previous owners of your AS may not have been members, so not even a hint of the old numbers. So if you want the red numbers you gotta join the WBCCI. We for the time being are going to run "bald"
The big red numbers that you see on the front and rear of many Airstreams are the WBCCI membership numbers of the owner. The numbers are assigned to the members when they join the club and the vinyl numbers are also supplied by the club. More information can be found here: WBCCI.org
