Seeking forum member assistance McKinney/Dallas area

Hi
I need to remove cabinets (on 1 side only) and gaucho and looking for a forum member who has done some renovation to assist and direct me on how to remove these items.
Hubby doesn't want to participate and want us to get professional help, but I don't think it's that complicated and we could save a few buck if we did it. If I can find a forum member to direct us , then I can convince him that it's doable

Thanks in advance.

Remove a few screws and staples and it comes right apart. Really not that difficult. It all breaks down to manageable sized pieces that easily fit thru the door.

I removed all of Gaucho and dinette... just screws.

Take pictures... and, also make a little 'map' drawing the location of the screws.

We are down in Round Rock.. it is a way off to be able to 'help' much... but we wish you all the best!

I removed many cabinets and the goucho from mine as well. If the metal is pulled out slightly where the screws were, you can lightly tap it flush with a hammer, then put a rivet in it, or caulk it and paint it.

I am located in Parker and have removed those items. New to this forum, but not a stranger to rehab. Currently working on a 79 sovereign

Send a PM to Melody Ranch in Valley View Texas. It's about 35 minutes from McKinney. I'm sure he can tell you about difficulties to be anticipated
