Just got my new, old 1st Airstream, it's a 69 21' globetrotter. I would like to have the vintage look, so I ordered a vintage awning red and white stripes, now I have been searching for rims and tires to mount on her. I cannot seem to find the wide whitewall trailer tires. All I can find is the tires that go on the classic old cars. If anyone knows where I may purchase two of them I would be grateful. Thanks, Mick
What if you get wide white car tires for it?
I think the only consideration is Load Range- will the tires hold the weight of you trailer-

Coker Tires makes the whites. There is also this guy in Iceland who makes a white rubber paint. It has worked well on some tires. Yellowed pretty bad on mine, but the guy sent me a full refund no questions asked. Google White Tire Paint. I would now not put whities on unless I had a show stream. Hitting curbs etc. is ubiquitous.
