If it is one of the square corner type with a perimeter frame, you can get a "screen frame kit" at any good hardware store, even Lowes or Home Depot. There is one of my local hardware stores that will make them for me.
If you want to make them yourself, look at the corner type. Some have square cut corners (you cut square ends) and there is an insert that makes the corner. Another type you cut the miter, and the insert fits inside the hollow.
