The part number for the shower door sweep is 703911-100 and can be ordered through any of our authorized Airstream dealers. (ours is a 2011, but it seems like a pretty generic strip, I had to cut to length).

I find I actually get MORE water outside the door with it than without. With it, when I close the door the bottom part of the door frame wisks the water off the sweep resulting in lots of drips down the bottom part of the wall under the door. Without it, we get a little water which is normally all soaked up by the bath mat.

Try removing the sweep, and installing it the other way.

Ours broke off early on but have never had any leakage so we left it off, don't need it. The lower sill prevents water from coming out. Any drips coming off the door after the shower when opening to get out are caught by our bath mat.

If your trailer is still under warranty call the service department where you purchased it and let them know about the shower door sweep. They should send one out at no charge. Colonial Airstream did that for me.

Here's a permanent fix. Take the strip off. Throw it away. Go camping. Enjoy.

Yup. I don't fully understand why it is even there.
