Roof leaks

We have a leak on the roof of our 25 ft.2002 Safari. The trailer was stored outside in the Yucca Valley area of Calif. and it seems like the white roof paint is chalking and the caulking looks dry. What should I do first?

Thanks Nik

Wash it, replace the plumbing stack gaskets (assuming you have them) and reseal the joints with Acryl-R
