replacing electrical and plumbing question

I have convinced my husband to let me buy a 34' 1993 Excella that will be in our driveway for about 6 months (hopefully less) while it is being renovated. I want to replace all of the appliances, A/C units, add satellite dome, and replace the plumbing and electrical, as well as update the interior. My question is this:
Should a regular plumber and electrician be able to do the work or would it be more efficient to find someone that works specifically on RVs and travel trailers? Any info would be greatly appreciated!
