Refrigerator problem

My exhaust fan runs 24/7. No matter what the outside temperature is.
The dealer has tried to fix it 3 times (new thermostat) but hasn't figured it out yet.
Has any one had this problem?
My trailer is a 2014 25ft FC.
Never had this problem with my 19 ft.
Thanks for any input.

Most 25's (for sure all front bedrooms) have no refrigerator fan. There's a chimney directly above for heat movement.

I think the rear bedrooms are engineered similarly.

Rear bedroom, with a fan .
I was told that only 27 ft and longer had roof vents!

Well one fix would be to insert a switch in one of the power leads to the fan so you could turn it on/off as desired.

Your 25' has a larger fridge than your 19', and a microwave over the fridge so needs an upper side vent door to let the warm air out the side. The fan helps move the air out, because it naturally wants to rise up, not sideways.

We have a street side awning to shade it, looking to park it so the vents are on the shady side when there is a choice. I also made simple props to hold the fridge vent doors open in warm weather because the furnished slots are too small. And I installed a simple inline lamp switch to shut the fan off if it seems to be running when we don't need it, but I think you have to be careful the compartment doesn't overheat.

I think you need to keep an eye on fridge compartment overheating no matter how it's vented, naturally or with a fan.

It's one of those things where you trade a convenient convection microwave location for natural fridge venting, and learn to handle it. Many folks have installed quieter fans but we haven't yet.

Thx have the door propt open the weather is 67 and the fan is still on! Might have to go to a quieter fan , because it is quite noticeable.

Our 23 had that fan too.

Until I had a switch installed, I'd go out and unplug one of the blade connectors, to get a decent night's sleep.

I knew there was another subtle reason we didn't opt for the rear bedroom. ;-)
