Just a thought: If there is some air in the lines, sometimes our water pump is noisier than usual.
A pair of brass stopcocks under the waste tank could be the low point drains for your water lines. A single white plastic stopcock could be the low point drain for your fresh water tank.

Thanks. Those are under the fresh water tank. But I think those are under the hot maybe.

The pump could possibly have been knocked against something or something lying against the pump or one of the rubber feet could be missing. Either condition could cause an unpleasant noise.
Echoing "air in lines" comments. Run hot and cold water from all lines [incl. exterior shower, kitchen sink spray head, and toilet] until no air is left in any line. Sometimes you have to go around the circle again to make sure of this.
