Exclamation pulling it level?

I sold my F250 and now drive a 2013 Ford Expedition (with a supposedly heavy duty tow package). The back end of the Expedition drops almost two inches when I hook up my 25 ft Safari and this concerns me. Do I get a sleeve that starts the ball out higher, do I need stronger shocks, or am I okay? Advice appreciated. Thanks.

sounds like there is no weight distribution hitch on it. If that is the case, you definitely need to get one. If you are using one, then you need to shorten the chain links to put more weight to the front and back trailer

While I don't profess to be an expert, I did watch how they set up my hitch at the AS factory.

First, measure the distance between to road to the inside lip of the rear fender and again the same for the front fender - thus RH1 (rear height) and FH1 (front height)

Hitch up and repeat these measures. - Is the difference the same between front & rear measures - i.e., what is RH1-RH2 and RFH1-FH2. The chains should be tightened to the extent that the differences are the same i.e., RH1-RH2=FH1-FH2. That shows that the hitch weight of the trailer has been equally distributed to both the front and rear axles of the TV. In my case, there was another adjustment having to do with the Reese cam-type anti-sway.

What kind of weight distribution setup are you using?

What did the front end do?
