Remington 870's are notoriously bad for fixing dents...
I had two dents in the end cap of my '74 Sov, which I "mostly" pulled out with the suction cup dent puller from Harbor Freight. One came out completely, the other has a slight depression, which causes me slight depression, but I can live with it...
-Red, against shooting dents...

John, the anticipation is killing me! Did you get the HF cheap dent puller and did it work? Thinking about doing the exact same thing, same tool.

I'm done. I would rate the result somewhat disappointing, perhaps a C. Regrettably, I don't have a Before picture but I will post an After picture here as soon as I can. I'm right in the middle of a move right now.
