PDF Manuals

I am trying to accumulate PDF copies on my IPad of all the appliances etc in my airstream.

Is there a common source for these or do I need to go to the manufacturer websites?

The moderators get ticky when you mention copying obsolete manuals that no one publishes. I have seen some Dometic fridge manuals on the web. If I had my way all manuals including shop manuals would be free of charge if you own the appliance, car, truck, trailer etc. When you buy something you should have the rights to any info needed to maintain and repair it. That is how I feel right or wrong.

I found most of the manuals for our '97 appliances on the web from the respective manufactures, or by doing a Google search with the exact model number and the words "owner's manual"

It's great having them on the iPad for easy and quick reference.

Someone told me Airstream puts some of them up on their website under the Service tab? Have yet to go look, though...

Since your appliances are relatively new, you should have good luck finding them from the manufactures.

I did that with my class "B". It was not a big deal to track down a .pdf manual for each appliance.
