Has anybody considered or done this. We have a white rubber elastomeric roof coating material that we use at work. Truco brand. Has anybody coated just the top panel of their AS with something like this? I know the new units come with a white top, not sure what it is.

The typical rubber roof coatings, at least most of them in the past have created a problem that most owners are very unhappy about.

When moisture gets on the coated roof, and runs off, it seems to cause stains on the sides.

The white roofs that Airstream now uses, is prefinished metal.

I used Kool-Seal, a white elastometric roof coating, which is white. I have had no problems with streaking, but my trailer is painted white anyway...
It has helped keep the trailer cooler in the sun, as well as covering some spots that were bare metal.

Has anyone used products such as the spray in bed liners? I was thinking of trying this product: http://www.line-x.com/ It is available in "Matching Colors" and has been used on RV roofs.
