Help!!! Can anyone give me some information on where I can purchase a new glass front for my Magic Chef oven in my 1979 Excella 500. I only need the large outside glass panel --the rest of the oven and stove are like new. Also where can I purchase an electric heating element for the Domestic refrigerator. I'm in the Palm Springs area if that's helpful. Mike

Please provide model numbers of your oven and Dometic reefer.

Without that information, no one can help you.

Andy-Thanks for your suggestion. I didn't include the numbers in my initial question because the sticker on the stove is half gone and whats left is hard to discern but here the best I can come up with. It's a Gaffers & Stattler Magic Chef drop in oven - cook top. The topmost # is 155089009-122 (I think) The 2nd # down is 61228A-4tvn-m3 (not sure of the "t"), the 3rd # down is 19114mb. I do not know which is the serial number or model number. Maybe you can tell me. The Domestic fridge is easy : Model # RM100 and Serial # 821 1134. It's a 3 way and just the electrical heating element needs to be replaced. Thanks again-Mike

Our information indicates that the oven glass is no longer available.

Perhaps someone has removed an oven like yours and still has it for parts.

Or, a glass shop can make that glass for you. They can have it made to handle high temperatures.

The RM-100 heating element is available from us and others.
