No Hot water in shower

I have a 2006 Airstream 19' Bambi.

On a recent trip we began not having water pressure in the shower when turned to hot. There is plenty of pressure and hot water in the adjacent sink.

Seems to me that this must be an issue with the single handle faucet. Any suggestions?

I had this issue last summer when camping up at Virginia Highland Haven for a week -- for me it required the replacement of the shower cartridge. It was quick and easily handled for me. The only "issue" was I had to open the pipe access panel on the other side of the wall to hold the pipes "forward" when pushing the new cartridge in place as the pipes free float in the cavity space.

I had that happen a couple of years ago. Solution: changed the cartridge in the shower faucet. Sometimes the cartridges build up gunk.
