Newbie with an A/C question

Hey Everyone - My husband and I are looking at a 63 Flying Cloud. It currently does not have A/C and the heating unit has been removed. So my first question is did it ever come with A/C and if not can it handle what is needed to install that? And also where is the best place to start looking for upgrading parts especially a heating system? I have been a member of this forum for less than 30 minutes so being new is an understatement. Please forgive me if I posted in the wrong spot. Thank you so much for your help

Examine the roof carefully to see if a square hole there (about the center of the trailer) has been covered over. If so...it's likely that the AC was removed at some time.
If so...and even if not...yes, you can install an AC as long as you make the electrical provisions for it in the line of Circuit Breaker and wire it into the 120 volt service entrance.
