Newbie needs help - leaky toilet seal

Just bought a 2006 International CCD which had been in storage since March with no water in the toilet bowl resulting in a dried out seal. I have searched the forum and found and tried all the usual remedies of cleaning and olive oil etc. still leaks. It looks to me that the seal ring could be replaced from above and replaced by slipping a new one into the groove where the old one is, but everything I've read so far says the whole toilet must be removed to replace the seal. First of all the documentation which I received with the coach did not include the manual for the Sealand toilet and I cannot see a model number on it anywhere so I don't even know what repair kit to order. Can someone who has BTDT give me some guidance please.

Thanks

Thanks Andy, I called the factory and got all the answers I needed. Now if someone can tell me how to clean the screens in the lavatory vents I'll be all set for a day or two.
