We had our roof done at a different dealer in MA. They are no longer Airstream dealers, but my understanding is that they still have an Airstream certified mechanic on staff. We visited New England Airstream last weekend for the first time. It was late on a SUnday afternoon and we did not realize that their parts department was not in the same location as the Airstream trailers. I believe they sent someone from their staff out for training, but not sure on that.
I bought a new 27FB from them last July and they have worked on it a few times:
The air conditioner stopped working and they replaced it under warranty.
I broke one of the windows trying to open it and they replaced it (insured).
I damaged the rear quarter when coming out of my drive way and they replaced it…..big job (insured).
I've been very satisfied with their work.
Just hope I don't have to see them again any time soon!
