We have a furnace issue that we cannot resolve. Too much frustration troubleshooting what is wrong so under the advice of Atwood we are looking into taking it in for service. However, we do not want to use Colonial Airstream in NJ for reasons I don't want to get into.
Does anyone know if a reliable RV service facility in the NJ/PA area?
Check with Atwood for a factory service center near you. We had an intermittant problem with the furnace on our 2008 and took it to a florida Airstream dealer for servive. They decided the problem was the inverter in the power supply and changed it out under warranty. It worked twice and the problem was back. We then took it to an Atwood service center where they hooked it up to some device to check out the system and within 5 minits found a faulty igniter electrode, it had a hairline crack. Problem solved, no charge.
