Need input quick: those damn European cabinet hinges and cable ties

Some people have said that they use cable ties to keep the quick releases from releasing. I'm sitting in the belly of the silver beast right now with my container of cable ties and realize ... I don't know where they go. Help, anyone?

Via the new-ish search function in the blue box above [using the main desktop version of this site on a laptop computer]:

The AF App search function, and the old search function in the blue menu bar above do not work as well, it is said.

Good luck,

Peter

OK, so for posterity's sake, here's the answer. You unscrew the two screws that secure the hinge base to the cabinet frame. Slip a cable tie under the metal piece. When the hinged part is hooked on, THEN tighten the cable tie and thereafter rescrew the screws. Bulletproof. No little clips to lose.
