Mystery Powder

We have this mysterious white powder that shows up on our bedding (27 FB Int. Serenity). It appears to be falling from the overhead cabinet, yet I don't find much powder there. Even stranger is it appears when the trailer has not been moved. Any ideas?

But seriously, mold is usually white before it starts producing spores; the color of a mold (black, green, whatever) is the color of the spores. The location is probably where condensation— or a leak— drips onto the fabric to provide the moisture that mold requires in order to grow, which is why you see it below the cabinets but don't see it on the cabinets.

You'll probably have to burn the trailer to cure the problem.

It's little piles of powder under the edge of the cabinet. The trailer is stored in a dry barn and there is no moisture in the bedding.

Did you purchase your trailer from El Chapo?

I wonder if the factory used talc for the sliding doors, and there's some in caught under the sliding rails.
