lug nuts
I recently had some work done on my 1995 34ft A.S classic, because of faulty workmanship awheel came loose and nearly came off ruining the wheel, lug nuts, and axle studs which were original to the A.S. Does anyone know thread size of these lug nuts and lugs?

Welcome Aboard....
Mcgard makes the best...they probably stock everything you need.
I used these. Best price I've found.

Just go to a good trailer repair/supply house.(look at Redneck in DFW area......don't worry about the Company name) It will probably be cheaper and faster and less haste to just buy a complete hub from them. 50 to 75 will cover it.

will the lugs on anew hub be the same size so we don't have one wheel with different size lug nuts than the remaining hubs?

The studs should be 1/2"x20 threads. the lug nuts should be 3/4" or 13/16", depending on what your others are. there are different torque specs for those sizes. Make sure you have the correct lug nuts, depending on whether you have steel or aluminum wheels. There are different angles of the lugs.

Loose lug nuts?
I thought my lug nuts had not been tightened by the shop after I had the bearings repacked. The shop did tightened them but they still seemed loose. The reason was that the OEM lug nuts were two piece lug nuts. One piece was the steel nut itself with the taper that goes into the rim and the other piece was a chrome cap on it for looks. The cap on about half of my lug nuts had become loose but not the inner steel lug nut. I have replaced them with the same thing but I have been very careful when I tightened them as to not "break" the chrome cap from the steel lug nut.
I know that a one piece lug nuts must be available but probably alot more expensive. (I have an Infiniti G37 that has the same looking lug nuts but they are one piece). (They are metric).

Check Post #2... Amazon is the cheapest I've found.

Lug Nuts & Center Caps
I've been following this thread (as well as others) for information related to changing over from the original Airstream 15" wheels to the Sendel T03 w/ black machined finish. The wheels finally came in to the tire dealer to be mounted with the Michelin 16" LTX M/S2 tires, and Dill TPMS.
Now the question is -- can the original lug nuts be used with the Sendel wheels, or do I need to buy new ones (e.g. McGard 64010 lug nuts) ?? And secondly, can I use the center cap from the 15" Airstream OEM wheels. I checked the Sendel web site and it shows the "center core" for the T03's as 4.25 -- but I can't find any info on the size of the center core on the Airstream 15" wheel. This is a new 2013 International, so I don't have any "aging" of the parts yet, which is why I would likely use the existing parts (at least until I starting read this thread).
Any help is appreciated. I'd rather take the caps & lug nuts to the tire dealer, rather than getting hit with their parts pricing.
Thanks in advance,
Cris
