Looking for part

Hello all
Here is my problem we purchased a 1974 25ft land yatch and have been fixing it up for over a year.
One thing I can't find and don't know what it even looks like is the cover fore the hole in the rear below the bumper that you pull the shore power cord out of. There is just a hole. I have the metal round ring plate but I'm sure there should be some type of rubber seal . SO
I am looking for a part number / picture / discription / Where to buy

Don't have a picture but IIRC it was a piece of stiff plastic or rubber with fingers and a smaller hole in the middle. It may be possible to take the current round ring off and cut a piece of bleach jug, or stiff rubber to fit. I am quite aways away from trailer at the moment. But I seem to recall that is how it works.
