Has anyone used Leisure Time RV in Oklahoma City for service on your AS?

My 2012 Flying Cloud is there now for a leak from the fresh water tank. I took it in July 28 and may get it back Monday. I'll let you know how it goes.

Our service experience with Leisure Time was at the end of May dealing with electrical system problem. Initial impression not great since the appointment made weeks earlier could not be found (later turned up) but they took us in anyway-on a Saturday.

Converter found to be dead and they did not have a direct replacement 50-A; so the parts guy went to OKC and located a suitable unit.

Inverter determined to be dead for which no suitable unit was on hand so they decided to pull the same model from a new in-stock Airstream (had to come back early Monday to complete) an astounding move by a dealer. Since it was suspected that the failed unit had overheated because Airstream had installed it in a cabinet lacking adequate ventilation (we have the recliners option with the inverter between) their woodworking shop fitted vents (they regularly build custom cabinets).

They were somewhat optimistic as to the time required to do the work.

Our usual experience with service of all kinds is No Can Do.

Leisure Time RV is a Can Do outfit.

Hi, as an automotive electrician [now retired] replacing a failed part, with out finding and fixing the cause, is not a proper fix. This dealer did the right thing. Good to here that there are still people doing it the right way.

My experience with Leisure Time RV was good. It took them a while to fix the problem and their estimates of time were overly-optimistic. However, they did a good job in diagnosing a cracked fitting and re-plumbing so the problem should not happen again.

On a return home trip to Oklahoma from Colorado the power jack on our 2016 25' FB FC failed. We called Leisure Time from the road as we we driving back and they had us come directly there. They determined it was a failed switch, removed the failed power jack and installed on a new one. We arrived home with a new power jack, relieved that we could separate our tow vehicle from the trailer! They are following up with Airstream warranty for us. Very accommodating and helpful folks! Everyone we dealt with seemed truly interested in making sure we were happy and taken care of. We will not hesitate to use them in the future.
