Leak Under hall closet in '88 Excella 32'.

Ok I need some advice.

I have a wet floor under the closet that trickles into the highboy in the bedroom.

I have checked the area thoroughly and this makes no sense.

I have not ever used the pump. I rely on city water. Nothing leaks under the coach and the water meter is not turning.

We have had some sprinkles but not a lot of rain recently. Drought.

But I am soaking wet.

I have checked the roof vent. Nothing.

Nothing in the area represents fresh water.

The tanks are below that surface.

Any suggestions for diagnosis would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Think it is too far away and drains fine on the street side of the coachoutsiide behind the fridge. Actually the AC went caput yesterday and we plan to replace next week. So it hasn't run in the last 30 hrs or so.

pepsigns -> is this under the wardrobe, where you can lift the floor to see what is underneath? The area I'm thinking about is where the fresh water pump is, and there are a number of plumbing connections, some of them use hose clamps. This area is also where the wheel well is, and if there is a crack in the lining, water can get sprayed into it. If possible, can you photograph this and post it. It should be very similar to my 1987 32' Excella.

It is in that closet but I have been through it twice and I have not found a source. I have not moved the unit so I don't think it is coming in through the wheel well.

We have a 87, 32'. The water pump and plumbing is under the closet floor. The water lines cross the trailer about there. I would check the plumbing around the pump where the pump connects to the city water carefully. There is a check valve there. There are 90 degree elbows on the lines around there somewhere. You might try unhooking from the city water a few days and see if it drys up. The PO of our trailer let it freeze in Vermont so I have found quite a few cracked fittings on ours. You have a OSB floor so you need to look for holes in the floor too and hopefully fix this leak before stuff starts to grow in your floor.
You might think about running new lines with PEX to replace the sections that are leaking. The air conditioner drain is on the street side of the trailer.
