Leak in Rear Closet

We went through some heavy rain coming back and my wife noticed that her clothes were wet that she had at the bottom of the small top hanging closet. We have a rear bedroom. There is one window about 2’ away. The roof seam is above that area. And may be the culprit. Anyone have something similar happen? Suggestions on sealant?

I had this problem, and tracked it to an improperly installed black tank vent, so might check your roof.

So I think I found the spot after a closer inspection. Looks like there was a very small area where the sealant didn’t get all the way to the seam. So I put some clear sealer on it that is heat and cold resistant. Guess I’ll see if that fixes it in the next rain we have. Any suggestions on testing if a seal works?
