Leak from AC

We have had a big rain exactly a week after getting our new AS and we have a leak coming from air conditioner. It was not parked level. Would tightening bolts and resealing do it? Am I missing something else I might should do?

Tightening the bolts might fix it. Otherwise you have to lift the air conditioner to replace the gasket between it and the roof.

Not saying this is your problem, but I had a leak when it rained hard because there was a crack in the air conditioner drain pan. Just saying it's not always the gasket.
