Thumbs up JD Sanders RV/Airstream/ Florida

Had road rock damage to fresh water pan and water tank drain valve. Pan and valve needed complete replacement. Visited JD Sander RV in Northern Florida. David ordered the correct parts that same day from the factory. Also received a very reasonable estimate. Two weeks later, the parts arrived. Dropped off my Airstream on Monday. Work completed that same Friday. Perfect work by skilled technician. Friendly staff. Great selection of on hand parts, supplies, and accessories. Stop here if you need repairs and supplies.

I purchased my AS there. Very knowledgable sales staff. The folks in service are tip-top. Their parts department has intimate knowledge of the variations in AS products over many years. They are AS experts. Parts sources OEM spares maintaining a large inventory in stock.

I lost a piece of window glass on the road - They had it in stock (most dealers don't stock glass) They held it for me and provided install advice. So their parts people are not part of a process to drive work to their service department. Their service department is typically booked out one or more months in advance.

It took me 15+ years of "walking their lot" before I traded pop-up camping for AS. Can't say enough good things about them.

When I was lonesome and blue because I was in between Airstreams I bought my Airstream logo coffee mug there. It took me several years to get another 'stream and that mug helped me make it through that difficult time. JD Sanders did me good.

David helped me several times with NLA parts for my Safari 25 and others for my Classic 30. Great people to deal with!

Thumbs up Great experience!

Bought our 2018 27FB Flying Cloud there and had a wonderful experience. Marvin, our salesman, was so knowledgeable and easy to deal with. He even booked (and paid!) a campsite for our maiden voyage (Stephen Foster State Park) to spend the night before we headed back home to Central Florida.

Live just down the road in Micanopy Fl, both of the two airstream s I have owned have had all service done at JD Sanders. These folks are "down south" and know what they are doing. Besides if they can deal with a cantankerous old boy like me, well, need I say more?

JD Sanders

We also had a very nice experience trading in and purchasing our second Airstream at JD Sanders and right-on, prompt, reliable service! This was after a terrible service experience at RVOne/Airstream of Tampa shortly after they purchased Bates RV. We highly recommend JD Sanders!

Have known Hal & Dave for years. They have worked / repairs all three of my Airstreams. I live 3 hrs away and take it to them for the correct work to be completed.

JD Sanders

Have had good service there but had to purchase our 2019FC FBT from the Tampa dealer as pricing was significantly better. That said, its good to read the positives about their parts/service depts.

I live around 18 miles from the Tampa Dealer and take my AS to J D Sanders, which is a 3 hour drive because they are honest people and do what they say.

I'll be taking my AS for repair there in a few weeks based on their repair reputation even though they are a few hours further drive than a closer dealer. Just waiting for Hal to give me the green light when he is ready.
