is there anything wrong with buying a 1976 International 29ft rear bath

I found a 1976 Rear bath international for sale. Not sure if there was anything bad about this model. Im thinking about buying one. I recall reading something about some airstream trailers sagging? Is this one or is this a good one to have? Im new to trailers.
