2tex, I make a very nice one, Aluminum, with a super nice mounting bracket made on it. It will mount on a 2" or 21/4" jack post & will clear the light. Holds 3 flags. I use aluminum painters poles from Lowes . I am currently out of stock but hope to have some next couple days. Send me a PM if you are interested. John

I have a message out to Robandzoe, but haven't heard back yet. When I do I will pass it. I need to install a 5 pole unit.

I just received and installed mine from John, IT'S AWESOME! Wait for John to get more in stock and order it up. I picked up my Lowe's painters poles this weekend (don't forget to pick up the big hitch clips from the hardware aisle for the flags!) and they work great.
One tip on the poles: I recommend not bothering trying to get the plastic handles off. I tried for about ten minutes before rage-quitting, then broke out my hacksaw and just cut them off (using the handle as a handy cutting guide!). Only lost three inches on a twelve foot pole, they fit perfectly in the flag holder.
My new gravel pad out back is almost ready, when my AS is set up I'll put up all the flags and share some pictures.
Cheers
Jim

Jim, those handles are tough, the stickers even tougher. I stuck an old screw driver through the hole in the handle, then whacked the screwdriver to knock the handle off. Takes an extra hand though. The stickers must have some sort of nuclear grade glue on them. Takes some serious work with lacquer thinner and a stick. And the poles that Mr. LONGARM sells are even tougher to get the stickers off of. Along with the thinner they require about 6 beers.
Looking forward to the pics. John

John, you aren't kidding about those damned stickers. I even tried a heat gun on them to loosen the glue, no luck getting more than a shred off before it tore. Maybe Goof-Off or something will do the trick.
I had another idea - if my kids misbehave while camping or at a rally, punishment will be half an hour of sticker removal. At that rate, I'll have them all off in a day or two. ;-)
Cheers,
Jim

good product
Can't go wrong with the holder from Sandlapper. Precision made, no need to be getting hose clamps or other securing devices. All parts included, even has spacers in case they are needed .

Are you kidding? Tell them to be careful because the stickers absolutely cannot be damaged and have to remain on the poles.
They should be off quickly that way.

Sandlapper Flag Holder
All -
Here's my nice new setup, with the flag holder made by John (sandlapper). Flag poles as discussed from Lowe's, the flags are attached with hitch pin clips.
I'll have these set up at the BASH III rally in July and the WBCU Capital Kick-Off Rally in late April, if folks would like to stop by and take a look.
Cheers,
Jim
