Inside Shelf

Pretty new purchaser of an AS that I will be full time working and living out of, I am making a few minor repairs, changes etc and wondered if there is a simple, guaranteed way to tighten up that little shelf to right of entry door? It is flagging a bit. Looks like it is attached via a 90 degree bent aluminum piece. Extra washers? taking off the bent aluminum bracket and tweaking it a bit?
