How do I fix this? (part 2)

Thanks again to everyone for your help fixing my broken rivet. Here is my next issue. I believe it is also a result of the hellacious hail storm from a few years back. I think this is called a window strike plate, but again I do not know. I don't like that the cap is missing and the screw exposed. I have searched high and low but cannot seem to find this, can someone please tell me what it is called, and where you think I can get a replacement?

As always, any help is greatly appreciated.

Screw caps/covers are common, remove a good one off and take it to Home Depot and compare to what they have in stock. Should be something like this:

Well, thats a lot easier than I was expecting. Off to Home Depot for a new cap/cover.
