Help with possible Leak?

Need a little help to see if the leak I have is normal. We purchased our 2017 30' Flying Cloud about 2 months ago. Have been working out the kinks and have noticed a drip from the grey and black tank dumb valves (from rivots). Today, there was some dripping from a bolt close to the tank. They are very small drips and doesn't happen all the time. It only happens when we are connected to city water and doesn't happen all the time.
Could it be condensation? Hoping it is not a leak from the pressure regulator.

Thanks!

You have a plumbing leak. No leak in normal. You are going to need to get at the leak from the top as most all plumbing is above the floor. This is a MUST fix because it can be very destructive to your unit. Try and trace it down by looking in the area of the water pump first.

Thanks. I was able to look at the plumbing and there is no apparent leak. The insulation is definitely wet against the outside of trailer. We took showers last night and the leak outside seams worse. Anybody know if there is a way to get behind shower area without taking it all apart?
Starting to think this is a problem that should be taken to dealer. Luckily, it is still under warranty until August. Just hoping it is not a huge problem and has not done any major damage.

Thanks
