Help!! What is this

Hello all,
I opened the door this morning to keep it cool today and noticed this red stuff on the door. Nothing will clean it. Has the sun done this if so what kind of primer and paint should I use to freshen it up. Sorry I didn't flip the pic
Thanks

Give us a bit more info. Is this on the door, inside or outside?
What should the orientation of the picture be. Did this just happen in short order. Dose it appear any place else in or on the trailer.

Door

This is the interior of the door and it should be turned 90 deg. right. It does not appear to be anywhere else in the interior. There has been no moisture between the screen door and door. I seemed to happen quickly.

Assuming it's essentially the same stuff as the vinyl coating on my interior skins, it's quite tough and I've found that all sorts of weird-looking marks I thought were permanent stains come out with the right coercion. Simple green and terrycloth rags have cleaned quite a bit from mine. I've never resorted to anything like a "magic erase" in the Argosy, but that might be an option if strong cleaner doesn't work.

scrubbing bubbles bath cleaner works great on the inside of AS. It cleaned just about everything on mine.

To me it looks like red primer that would formerly be under the top coat of paint...try rubbing the surface nearby and see if that is it. If that is what it is then you would need to re spray or coat the top coat again. But to me that looks like red metal primer from underneath.

Hey bertro - how you been.

Looks like it may be mold. Have to be careful what you use on the vinyl but here's a couple links of interest:
