Help.. Satin finish is "peeling"

Hello streamers,
I need some help. We have a 2004 28' international and there is 6-8 "stains" on the left side, Obove the windows but below the roof line. At first we thought we were baptized by birds, but apon further inspection we found the finish is "peeling" away from the body. It looks and feels similar to plastic wrap. I don't want to wax it or anything else as it might get worse. I guess I need to call airstream because I don't know what warranty, if any, exist. It's a 2004 with the "satin" finish so I don't think there is any warranty left. Has anybody seen this??

You can use "clear topcoat" sprayed over the cleaned area.

I use Nyalic. Google. Good stuff!!!
