Heat Pump Tripping?

Last evening it got a little cool out so we put on the heat pump (2017 FC 25 FB - single air conditioner, 30 amp service). After a little bit, with very little other draw on the power (two table lamps with LED bulbs, the house stereo), the electric went out.

The Progressive EMS on the pedestal showed good power, no faults or error codes. The breakers and fuses in the power center were all good. The GFI in the bathroom outlet didn't trip.

After a few short minutes, the power system in the trailer "reset", the fan came back on and I quickly turned off the heat pump. After checking that all lights, etc. on shore power were working, I turned the heat pump on again.

The same sequence started over. The heat pump ran for 10 minutes or so and then once again the HP tripped off.

At this point i noted "E7" on the Dometic panel, which the manual describes as "no power at all to the board" or something to that effect.

Once again, after a short period of time, the AC system seemed to "reset" and everything came back on. No breakers, GFI, or EMS tripped or showed any faults or errors.

Any ideas?

TIA,
Walt
