That is called a Carriage Bolt, round head and square under the head. Almost always used on wooden construction, picnic tables etc. Very doubtful its from your rig.

It's also stainless steel. Not an airstream bolt.

Sometimes those bolts are used on assemblies that hold hose clamp like straps.
But, I have also seen them used to hold aluminum patio furniture tubing and chair arms to the frame.
Might look carefully to see if the bolt has ever been used. The threads will be slightly distorted.
Otherwise it is a Russian plot to make you worry.
Have a wonderful summer.

How do you figure a "Stainless Steel Bolt"?
Usually a carriage bolt is made of Grade 1, or Grd.5 steel, and Cad. plated.
I don't ever recall ever seeing a S.S. carriage bolt.
Stainless Steel usually have a kinda 'greyish' appearance, not shiny silver. (cad. Plated)

When I put a magnet close to the picture of the bolt, it wasn't attracted to it.

Somebody chucked it under your trailer to drive you nuts.
I used to do similar to my buddy's newest bike every time he got one.... A couple of drops of oil on the pavement out of an oil can is great entertainment... Lol

May be aluminum... or "pot metal"... cheep stuff .. don't know where you park... but if not in private secured area, all bets are off. I often found "surprises" in our public storage where folks just tossed hardware, beer cans and other stuff around....
If it doesn't have road rash then someone just tossed it.

Try putting the magnet close to the bolt itself, instead of "the picture". I ' wager that it will attract to the bolt.😄

There are stainless steel carriage bolts. Have some. Use in corrosive environments. Doesn't look like anything from the front of an airstream stainless steel or not.

Looks like the bolt I use to hold the hitch clasp, runs through the hole with a nut on it.
