Griffith RV repair

Anyone use Griffith in OKC for body work? They are close to the same price as Jackson Center but 1/2 the distance. Any advice would be appreciated.

Griffith is awesome, Tom has been doing this for a long, long time, and he has worked on our trailer many times over the past year. He is fair and does the job right the first time -- but you will pay for it in terms of TIME! His shop is always busy and you should definitely call ahead of time and schedule, as you might be surprised to find out that the queue could be quite long!

Outside of that, I cannot recommend him more!

Thanks! I've talked to him and his wife and liked them over the phone etc. If I use them it will take three weeks and I would schedule it for November. Thanks for the review.

Same here....Brassfields, right? If you didn't know, that's Tom's father -- Tom actually worked on our '71 when he was a kid with his dad! Small world!

This is best picture I have of my sticker -- perhaps I'll snap a closer one tomorrow when it's light outside.

Christmas of 2009 and the great OKC blizzard, we left for Florida with our 34 ft Airstream. Before we got out of Oklahoma county we jackknifed on a snow packed turn. When we got home Tom replaced the curved rt corner like it never happened, he was not able to fix my bruised ego.

He's doing a great job on the Bambi! Joe (Air Midwest member) was kind enough to take some pictures. I'm sure glad I took it to Griffith!

So what you are saying is that you have the first of the 2016 Airstreams?

Darn it... quoted the wrong post..... but Im sure everyone can do the math.... 2006 AS, looks 10 years younger = 2016 Airstream.

That is all!

I met Tom in the early 70's when his dad was an Airstream dealer accross the street from his shop, to approve an estimate he submitted to Caravanner Insurance.

His shop was very good back then, and since then, I am sure, that he is even better.

An up front honest guy, who represents Airstream in a true professional manner, and always has.

He's from the old school, sort of like me, where we were taugh to keep your word and don't make promises you can't keep.

Indeed, a true PRO.

Andy

Tom and Darla are great people . He has done work for me several times along with much free advice. Cannot say enough good about them. His Dad Is a lifetime member in our unit. That would be Harold. Our trailer came from their dealership on old 66 hwy in Bethany Ok.
