Good Service @ Texas RV Supply
My satellite service, Direct TV, hasn't been hooking up the last several trips out. I didn't know if it was the receiver or a problem with the King Dome. I took the rig to Texas RV this morning to find out what's what.
I'd heard that their service dept was good, but I'd been reluctant because their service are was small and I'm long. I pulled in, and the lot was kinda full service man came over, and after telling him what I needed he spotted me to a parking area. Hooked up to shore power, and he hooked his master control onto my King Dome, rebooted the unit, and there was my picture. They didn't charge me for the service, and he spotted me while I got turned around to leave.
What a nice way to get future business! He said they worked with all extended warranty programs, and would always make sure the rigs would be able to enter and exit.

Tom.
I left San Antonio, in 1969, and worked for Stahman sales, that was up the Austin Highway a bit, from Texas RV.
Texas RV was great then, and obviously, still are.
