General Cleaning - Aluminum Interior

We're new to an Airstream with aluminum walls (our old Safari had a carpet-like material on the walls). What do you suggest for general cleaning - for instance, how do you clean off specks of food that may have been splashed on the wall near the stove? Thanks for your advice.

We use Windex and a clean paper towel. It works well on most everything including bug bites and rashes.
