Fridge

The fridge in our '69 International died. I've been thinking of replacing it with an apartment size or bar fridge. Has anyone else done that? If so , how did you anchor it, and use to keep the door(s) closed while driving. Also, is there a way to cap off the propane connection from the old two way?
Happy travels:
