Fender (wheelwells) split repair

Today I noticed a split in my plastic fender/wheelwells. It's right at the bottom, where it makes a 90* angle and tucks in over the frame. No pieces are missing, but I need to glue it back together. What would you recommend to glue tgis back together/repair it?
