The screwdriver handle ones are OK I guess, but I really prefer the Craftsman Bottle Cap Wrench. Nicely balanced and have good heft. You can even order them personalized.

I see another fathers day gift I need. One can never have too many bottle openers.

Hi, I have read that many Airstream owners have had their vent lids and air conditioner shrouds deteriorate is as short of a time as two years. These plastic pieces have been described as like a potato chip or an egg shell. My trailer is just over six years old and I just noticed the cracks in my Duo-therm Penguin shroud. Doing a seach, I found a company in Canada [ICON Direct] who makes and sells replace ment shrouds and other plastic items for RV's. The shroud was less than $100.00 [before shipping] and has a limited lifetime warranty. This shroud was a perfect fit, although slightly different shape.

Light box.

Hi, quite a long time ago I built a trailer light control box; It was relatively expensive, just in parts, but was fun to make and use. Recently, I decided to make a cheaper/simpler model emergency light control system. [not a box] The original light box was able to turn on the running lights, turn on the brake lights, or turn on all of the lights. It also gave a choice to have the lights on steady or flashing. The new simpler/cheaper light control system only turns on all of the lights, in a flashing mode, or off.

Favorite Mod Under $100

We got tired of juggling bottles and picking up dropped bars of soap so we installed this (3) container pump unit in the shower. Very convenient!

I ordered it from Amazon.
They had others, but they looked cheap.

We bought a polypropylene over the door shoe caddy to hold toiletries in our 16' Bambi wet bath.

Your soap dispenser is from Simplehuman, how cool! We found this weekend that having stuff in the trailer built in like that was a huge help, thanks for posting your pics!

I looked at the Simplehuman web-site last, and it showed that the soap holders are carried at Bed Bath and Beyond.
