Factory door adjustment ???

I have a 2016 FC 28W . The entry door seems to be somewhat out of adjustment.
I had the dealer adjust it about a month after we got it. They centered the door pin on the lockset. It is better but still seems like something is binding.
When you open it , it pops open about and inch and stays there. I need to give it a good stiff arm to close .
I always make sure the trailer is level and only use the stabilizer jacks for there purpose . Not to tight !
I am about a 1300 mile round trip from the factory and don't mind going there if they can improve it.
Question is ,
Are these doors like this or can they be fixed ?

That is not common. If the door "Pops Open"that says there is a preload on the hinge or gasket at the hinge side of the door. If left unattended it could cause metal failure somewhere around the hinge

The trailer should be under warrant if it is a 2016. Call JC and ask for a knowledgeable place closer to home or a factory rep to come out.

Have you tried lubrication? That is all I had to do when mine got a little hard to close.
