Exterior light question
Any idea where to get one of these or any ideas on how to repair and seal this?

Do I need to use any sealer when I install this? If so what would you suggest?

Not sure... I will have to look at mine. IIRC just the base unit was sealed with something like Vulkem. No silicone.
